How do I qualify for the promotion?

You must have an active working SMART PrePaid or PostPaid number.

How long is the promotion for?

The promotion starts on Wednesday, March 1st to April 30th or while supplies last. 

Can I get the same number I had with Smart?

No. DigiCell’s number series is different from Smart’s number series. However, if the last four digits of your Smart number is available, we will be able to provide you with that.

Will I lose all my contacts that I had on my Smart phone?

We encourage you to back up your contacts/address book and other important information to a SD Card, or use your Google or Apple Account’s back up system.

Yes, you will qualify from any of the selected devices available.  Contact Customer Service for up to date phone availability and specs.

Can I use the coupon discount to get a device not on the offer?

Coupons are only applicable for purchase of devices listed in the promotion.

If I do not use all the coupon discount on one device, can I use it to purchase another device?

No. Coupons are valid for one purchase only. 

When will the FREE unlimited talk and text expire?

The FREE Talk, Text and Data will expire one month after device purchase.  

How did you get my Smart number?

The Company did an independent research.

If my device is broken can I still trade it in?

Yes, as long as the device is a working device and has an active number.

Should I switch to a DigiCell PostPaid plan, when would my 2 months FREE be reflected on my bill?

The discount will be reflected on your 1st month and 6th month bill.

How is it that someone is getting more discount than me?

The discount you receive is based on the volume of calls and texts made from your Smart number to our BTL & DigiCell.  The higher the volume of calls and text, the higher the coupon you qualify for.

What do I need to have if I am a new PostPaid customer?

As a new customer, you must provide:

  • A valid social security card, or passport
  • A valid utility bill for proof of address
    • If you are renting and bills are not in your name, you can provide a note from your landlord confirming your living address along with a copy of your landlord’s utility bill.
  • A current job letter from place of employment not older than one month. However, the person must be working for a minimum of 2 years at the same location
    • Or some other proof validating your ability to make the installment payments
  • Your mobile plan deposit
  • Deposit is based on below table. This is a security amount reflected at the account level.
