How to backup contacts from SIM to Android Phone


1) Open Contact List

FREE SIM Swap allows DigiCell PostPaid and PrePaid customers with a 3G or 4G LTE device using a regular SIM to swap this SIM for a 4G LTE SIM at no charge. 

What is a 4G LTE SIM?

The 4G LTE Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card is a small "smartcard" that is inserted into a 3G or 4G LTE device. The SIM card contains your subscriber profile, which includes details about your plan and features. The SIM card also lets you access our 4G network.

Where can I swap my old SIM?

Customers can visit any BTL office countrywide to swap their SIM.

Who qualifies for this FREE SIM Swap?

Both existing DigiCell Prepaid and PostPaid customers qualify for this promotion.

What would I need to have my old SIM swapped?

You will be required to bring along a valid ID, preferably a Social Security or passport, to confirm identity. You will also need to have the old SIM with you.

How long is the FREE SIM Swap promotion?

The SIM Swap promotion starts November 23rd to December 31st, 2017.

Do I receive anything when swapping my SIM?

PrePaid customers qualify to receive 1GB of FREE data which expires in 10 days. Both PostPaid and PrePaid customers will automatically be entered into a raffle to win a Samsung S8. The winner will be announced on December 31st, 2017.
