DigiCell’s Premier Service offers four cost-effective and convenient plans! All plans include minutes and SMS and save the hassle of topping up credit to make calls or send SMS.  You also enjoy cheaper rates for excess minutes. DigiCell Premier Service also includes Value Added Features such as Caller ID, Voice Mail, Multiparty calling, Call Forwarding and Call Hold. The Platinum and Executive plans also enjoy Rollover for any unused minutes that you have.

With DigiCell Premier Service you can sign up for DigiCell International Roaming. This will allow you to use your same phone and number when traveling abroad. You can also get DigiCell Data to get an Internet connection on your mobile phone.

To get connected to DigiCell Premier Service you must have the following:

New and Migrating Customers

• Current Passport or
• Social Security Card

Important notes:

• A non-Belizean resident must produce evidence of intended Belizean residence for the next 12 months.
• A deposit may be required. This is determined at the time of activation at DigiCell locations.
• Services such as IDDD and Roaming are subject to additional deposit.

• Excess minutes are charged at $0.50 peak and $0.25 off peak.
• International Calls and Operator Assisted calls are not included in Plan minutes. Regular rates apply.

What is TRUE Per Second Billing?

TRUE Per Second Billing means that calls from your DigiCell phone to any number within Belize are billed in seconds.  For instance, if you make a call for 15 seconds you are charged for 15 seconds. If you speak for 1 minute and 15 seconds then you are charged for 75 (60 +15) seconds.

DigiCell Rollover Minutes

DigiCell Premier Service includes a benefit no other carrier in Belize offers: Rollover Minutes. DigiCell’s Rollover Minutes is available for Platinum and Executive customers. If you don’t talk as much during a month and have unused minutes, DigiCell lets you keep your unused minutes which roll over to the next month.  DigiCell Standard, Leisure and Gold customers who want to enjoy this benefit must upgrade to the Platinum or Executive plans.

Rollover Minutes are used after plan minutes are depleted. You are allowed one month to use your Rollover Minutes before they expire. Rollover Minutes can not be carried over to another plan or customer.
